Mike Gascoyne
The boss, the visionary, the founder. Mike defines the very principles on what MGI is founded on, the Formula 1 mindset and his desire to bring F1 expertise in design and engineering to mainstream engineering sectors and especially green sustainable sectors such as EV and EVTOL. Outside of work, you can find Mike playing cricket, off-shore sailing or on walks with Dougie.
Bob Bell
Bob Bell has worked in F1 for over 40 years, in a career spanning multiple Teams, including championship success as Technical Director at both Renault and Mercedes. Bob now works part time for Alpine F1 and away from that role runs a not for profit organisation, and provides consultancy services in other business sectors.
Steve Deith
With over 35 years’ experience in aerospace, specialising in aircraft supportability and weapons development, Steve has led numerous billion-pound UK Defence programmes. Known for his strong leadership, client-focused approach, and successful project delivery, he has played key roles in the Storm Shadow programme and developing the UK’s MOD One Way Effector strategy.
Marcus Walczak
Marcus has 30 years’ experience in the maritime and energy sectors. His focus has been on counterparty risk management and physical security with a global remit. More recently, he has been involved in the development of innovative maritime technology companies.
Oliver Kingsbury
Oliver comes to MGI with a background in venture capital, specialising in project management, resource management and organisational planning for start-ups and large-scale enterprises alike. Working both in Europe and the Middle East, for the last fifteen years he has focused on Biotech, Greentech and Energy Transition technology projects in both the private and public sector.
Yuri Poluneev
Yuri Poluneev is a seasoned geopolitical strategist and financial expert with over 40 years of experience in international finance, risk analysis, and crisis management. He is a director at Remittance360 Ltd. and Regency Trade & Investment LTD, focusing on sanctions, OSINT, and the Ukraine-Russia conflict. Yuri served as Executive Director at the EBRD and Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine. His recent work includes advising the Bank of England and The Ambassador Partnership. Yuri offers strategic insights on global risks, project finance, and the financial dimensions of geopolitical conflicts.
